Tom joined the business in early 2022 as the Kitwave Group’s Health & Safety Director. He is a Chartered Member of IOSH and has a wealth of experience in several different sectors.
He is responsible for reviewing and evaluating the Health & Safety performance, developing the H&S strategy, and vision within the Kitwave Group. Another of his main focuses is to promote a positive H&S culture within the business and ensuring the Group remains compliant.
Michael joined the business full time in 2010 after graduating from Leeds University. Initially employed as Depot Manager of Westones, he was promoted to Group Commercial Director in 2014.
He assumes responsibility for Contracts, Tenders, Export and Bulk transactions in the Ambient division. As well as developing and maintaining the Kitwave marketing platform, he has special responsibility for building the Kitwave brand both internally and externally with its stakeholders.
John has been with the Group for over 30 years, having joined four years after the formation of the Group.
John’s extensive experience in wholesale, understanding of the business and sector relationships have been key to the integration of many historic acquisitions.
Lucie joined Kitwave in January 2023. A qualified CIMA professional, she brings over 17 years of experience within Supply Chain Operations and Finance at FTSE 100 Diageo, having held director level positions in both Operations and Finance.
Lucie will work closely with senior management including the Commercial and Finance teams, to drive divisional profitability and efficiency.
Jay has 35 years of experience in the wholesale sector. He joined Kitwave in 2008 as Managing Director of FW Bishop. He has successfully merged Bishop with Tea Time Tasties.
In 2016 Jay took the opportunity to run Kitwave’s on-trade acquisition HB Clark. Working closely with the operations team he has established an efficient profitable Kitwave business, which has further enhanced the Group’s product range.
Alan joined the Group in 2013, and has over 20 years’ experience and extensive knowledge of the wholesale industry. He has implemented a number of IT projects and improved the infrastructure which enabled the Group to deliver continued growth over the past 11 years.
Alan has full accountability for the operation of the core IT systems and provides leadership to the IT team to ensure the effective delivery of all IT services.
Mark joined Eden Farm in October 2015 as Eden Farm Divisional Finance Director before progressing to Group Financial Controller in October 2019.
He is tasked with managing key areas of Group finance and tax
obligations including, inter alia, Group consolidations and analysis,
IFRS reporting, control environment, internal audit oversight and
external audit liaison, cash flow management and input to budgets,
forecasts and annual planning, optimisation of finance IT systems
across the Group, senior finance team staffing and group human
resources processes.
